We are a non-bank lender based in the Sydney CBD established in 2018 by three mortgage industry executives, who together have over 50 years’ industry experience. Although the mortgage industry is a very competitive and crowded one, we felt we could make a difference by doing things a little differently.
Starting out, we focussed on high quality tertiary educated professional borrowers by backing them to buy their own home sooner though an innovative 100% LVR home loan solution. That is because we knew that the key barrier to achieving home ownership is saving a deposit and that the ideal solution wasn’t The Bank of Mum & Dad. We also knew there’s a large group of creditworthy, tertiary educated professionals that may not have saved a full deposit, but based on job security and strong income can afford to repay a mortgage.
Since launching the innovative 100% LVR product for professionals, we have expanded our product range and distribution footprint. We now offer a broad range of mortgage products for owner occupiers and investors with full product features and at ultra-competitive rates. We have a specific focus on SMSF loans secured by both residential and commercial property and are a market leader in this field.
Our loan products are currently offered by over 5000 brokers across the country. We only use the services of experienced mortgage brokers and credit assessors to ensure your loan is handled with expert care from enquiry to settlement. We also manage your loan throughout its life and offer a modern internet banking solution to help borrowers self-manage their loan account.
