Our SMSF Loans are offer all the benefits and features available on standard residential home loans – including money-saving offset accounts, no annual reviews, and digital application processes. 

 

We have easy to understand approval letters and offers, and most importantly - easy to use internet account access and mobile access to check your balances, and access your 100% offset facility. Transaction statements for accounting and audit purposes are also made available in internet account access and through mobile access 

  • Up to 90% LVR Residential and 80% for Commercial 

  • Risk fees applicable over 80% (Lender paid LMI) 

  • Loans up to a maximum of $3,500,000* 

  • Available for Purchase or Refinance 

  • Offset facility available 

  • Payment cycle that suits you with Monthly, Fortnightly or Weekly repayments 

  • No Net Asset or Liquidity test 

  • Personal serviceability outside the fund not required
